NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: Thelma V. Biel aka Thelma Vivian Biel, Estate of Thelma Vivian
Biel, Shaun Clayton Biel as Administrator of the Estate of Thelma
Vivian Biel, and any and all occupants of the property described
herein.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3105 010,
lying and being in Land Lots 140 & 141 of the 7th Land District,
2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 0.76 acre, more or
less, being property shown in Plat Book 4, Page 286, the description
contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference,
described in Deed Book 140, Page 632.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th
day of February, 2017.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of
October, 2015 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1951, Page 22.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 20th day of
February, 2017 by payment of the redemption priced as fixed and
provided by law to Douglas P. Trask, c/o Andrew Lowman, Attorney at
Law, 12 North Main Street, Jasper, GA 30143.
Please be governed accordingly.
