LEGAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Bruce Seng (property owner) for a rezoning (RZ-16-07) from BG (General Business District) to RS-150 (Single Family Residence District) for the property described by the legal description below: 274 N. CHESTNUT STREET LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA To find the POINT OF BEGINNING, Commence from a point at the intersection of the Southerly right-of-way line of Mill Street with the Easterly right-of-way line of North Chestnut Street (40 R/W); THENCE leaving said intersection and running South along said right-of-way line of North Chestnut Street 216 feet more or less to an Iron Pin Found (Rod), said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING, for said POINT OF BEGINNING as thus established; THENCE leaving said right-of-way line North 79 degrees 52 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 125.07 feet along the common line with Homer Stark, Deed Book 6559, Page 237 to an Iron Pin Found (1/2 Rebar); THENCE South 05 degrees 12 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 53.18 feet along the common line with Bethesda International & Missionary, Deed Book 52624, Page 892 to an Iron Pin Set; THENCE South 79 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 125.00 feet along the common lines with C. E. Smith, Deed Book 12376, Page 130 and Eastside Baptist Church to an Iron Pin Found (Crimp Top Pipe) on the Easterly right-of-way line of Chestnut Street; THENCE running North along said right-of-way line North 05 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 53.95 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
