Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Aurora Theater, Inc., on behalf of 350 Perry, LLC (property owner), for a rezoning (RZ-16-08) from O-I (Office Institutional District) to RS-150 (Single Family Residence District) for the property described by the legal description below:
350 S. PERRY STREET
LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA
ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 146 of the 5th Land District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, in the City of Lawrenceville, containing 0.3793 acres, as shown on a plat of survey entitled Survey for: Fred H. McGill, dated September 16, 1993, prepared by Hannon, Meeks & Bagwell, Surveyors & Engineers, Inc., certified by Mack L. Meeks, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1497, and recorded November 2, 1993, at Plat Book 60, Page 160, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records.
The City Council of the City of Lawrenceville will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on February 6, 2017 to consider the request. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 70 South Clayton Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
