Take notice that: Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on January 31, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 1, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 54020, at Page 710.
