NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/COUNTY OF FANNIN TO:1) Camille D. Thrasher, 2) State of Georgia, 3) all Residents/Tenants/Occupants, 4) Fannin County Tax Commissioner, 5) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as Tax parcel 0009037 110 Friendship Rd. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District and 1st Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and being a part of Land Lot 9 and being more particularly described as containing 0.60 acres, more or less, as shown by that certain plat for Bobby L. Thrasher, dated November 19, 2001, by Richard E. Nutt, G.R.L.S. No. 1797. Said plat recorded on April 12, 2005 in Plat Hanger D-185, Page 3, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 44-22-28, reference is hereby made to said recorded plat for the purpose of incorporating same herein for more complete metes and bounds description of the property herein conveyed. Said property is conveyed subject to all easements, restrictions and rights of way as set forth on said recorded plat or as appearing of record. THIS BEING A PORTION OF THAT PROPERTY CONVEYED UNTO Bobby L. Thrasher by Warranty Deed from Sally M Thrasher, recorded in Deed Book 177, Page 552, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Fanning County, Georgia. This being the same property conveyed unto Harold L. Thrasher by Warranty Deed from Rebecca L. Thrasher recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th of January of 2017.
