NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/COUNTY OF FANNIN TO:1) Fred M. Currie, 2) Carrie Sullivan, 3) all Residents/Tenants/Occupants, 4) Fannin County Tax Commissioner, 5) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as Tax parcel 0024D027. 83 ASHLY DRIVE, McCaysville, GA 30555 TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 9th District and 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and being part of Land Lot No. 54, containing two (2) acres, more or less and further described as follows: BEGINNING at a corner iron pin between James Payne, H.A.
