NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: 1. JOSEPH DEMERY 2. INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE 3. ALL RESIDENTS/OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 4. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 27th District, G.M., Glynn County, Georgia, and containing 46.19 acres, more or less, and being designated as Tract 7 on the certain plat prepared by David S. Page, Registered Surveyor, dated November 20, 1961 and designated "property of Wilson Tyson Estate" and filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Said property is also identified as being Map and Parcel # 0164 00 000 002. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 02-01908 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of January, 2017. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of January, 2014. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3270, Page 381. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2017.
