STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Ronald W. Gray to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for Neighborhood Funding, Inc., its successors and assigns dated April 20, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 01116, Page 2066, Richmond County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Selene Finance LP, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $104,066.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, February 7, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 1, BLOCK H, SECTION I-B, QUAIL RIDGE SUBDIVISION, AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON A PLAT WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA IN REALTY REEL 228, PAGES 1974-1979 AND REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
