NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM CBCSH LLC, Edge Joseph III, Thomason John H, and estate, Lariscy Lawrence Edward, Lariscy Lawrence Edward III, Lariscy Shannon G, Shannon Rentals, said persons and relatives with any legal rights, Richmond County Tax Commissioner, The Tompkins Company, All Financial Institutions. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as lot 142, located on the Northwest corner of the intersection of Second (fka Houston) Street and Watkins Street, and fronting 52.5 feet, more or less, on Watkins Street, and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 132 feet, more or less, and along the West side of Second Street, half way through to Walker Street, as shown on a plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 2-F, at page 252; reference is made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. This deed is given subject to all easements and restrictions of record, if any. Tax Map and Parcel Number: 047-4-372-00-0. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 12th day of October, 2016. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of March, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01476, at page 01241.
