FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM

Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after January 30, 2017 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 5TH LAND DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA AND CONTAINING 0.42 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST SIDE OF PADEN DRIVE ABOUT 137 FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF PADEN DRIVE WITH PADEN COVE DRIVE AND RUNNING THENCE ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF PADEN DRIVE 100 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A STAKE CORNER; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES TO SAID PADEN DRIVE 183 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A STAKE CORNER; THENCE SOUTH IN A LINE PARALLEL WITH PADEN DRIVE 100 FEET TO A STAKE CORNER, THENCE WEST 184 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THIS IS A PORTION OF THE SAME TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO D.W. LANGSTON BY J.W. DICKSON BY DEED, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1946 AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 81, PAGE 555, GWINNETT COUNTY RECORDS.
That property known as 316 PADEN DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R5017 495.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 1, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 54020 Page 706.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
