Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after January 30, 2017 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 323 of the 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 9, Block E, Richwood Subdivision, Unit Four, as per plat recorded in Plat Book K, Page 88, Gwinnett County, Georgia records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southwest side of Craig Drive, 736.2 feet Southwesterly from Findley Road; running thence Southwesterly along the Southerly side of Craig Drive 125.0 feet for a point, running thence South along the East line of Lot 8, said block, unit, and subdivision, 194.8 feet to a point; running thence East 130.0 feet to a point; running thence North along the West line of Lot 10, said block, unit, subdivision, 209.5 feet to a point on the Southeast side of Craig Drive and the Point of Beginning, being improved property known as 3214 Craig Drive, according to the present system of numbering houses in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
That property known as 3214 CRAIG DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R6323 047.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 1, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 54020 Page 690.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
