NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: W. L. Hendrix, Trustee of the W. L. Hendrix Trust, Internal Revenue
Service, Georgia Department of Revenue, other unknown parties with a
legal interest
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 20236 006,
lying and being in the City of East Ellijay, Georgia, Land Lot 84,
11th Land District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, being one
tract consisting of 0.34 acres, more or less, as shown on plat of
survey for W. L. Hendrix Trust by Joel Jordan, GRLS No. 2430, dated
August 1991 and recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 225, Gilmer County
Records, to which reference is made for a more complete and accurate
legal description
Further Described as Map Parcel No. 20236 006
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 27th
day of January, 2017.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of
November, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1894, Pages
299-300, aforesaid records.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 27th day of January,
2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address:
