NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Harry Wiggins, Internal Revenue Service, Georgia Department of Revenue, other unknown parties with a legal interest Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3052AC 013, lying in Land Lots 104 & 113 of the 11th Land District, Gilmer County, Georgia, being Lot C-527, Eagles Mountain Resort, Unit 74, shown in Plat Book 14, Page 244, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference. As described in Deed Book 864, Page 417, known as 373 26th Street. Further Described as Map Parcel No. 3052AC 013 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 27th day of January, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1938, Page 199; the subject property then being conveyed to James Stover by Tax Sale Deed dated August 4, 2015 and recorded in Deed Book 1938, Page 199, aforesaid records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 27th day of January, 2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 316 Summit Street Blue Ridge, GA 30513 Please be governed accordingly.
