STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FANNIN NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District and 2nd Section of Fannin County, Georgia, being a part of Land Lot No. 213 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the property conveyed at an iron pin located on the north side of Georgia Highway No. 2 at Everett Postell's southwest corner and running thence in a northerly direction with Postell line a distance of one hundred thirty (130) feet to an iron pin; thence westerly direction a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet to an iron pin; thence southerly direction a distance of one hundred thirty (130) feet to an iron pin on Georgia Highway No. 2; thence easterly direction with Georgia Highway No. 2 a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet to the point of beginning and containing by estimation one-half (1/2) acre, more or less. The above described property is a part of the property as conveyed to Hoyt Conner by Warranty Deed of Henry Cash recorded in Deed Book 27, page 592, Fannin County Records. As described in Deed Book 40, page 482. Further described as Map & Parcel 0058042. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 3rd day of January, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of June, 2014, and was recorded on July 23, 2014, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1098, at pages 604-605.
