NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
GEORGIA, MARION COUNTY,
By virtue of Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from ANDRIA YOUNG to RACHAEL ACKLEY dated March 21, 2014 recorded in Deed Book 214 Page 503-506 of the records of Clerk of Superior Court, Marion County, Georgia. Said Security Deed being given to secure a note of even date in the original principal sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($11,900.00) there will be sold by the undersigned before the courthouse door in Marion County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in January, 2017 the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 108 of the 10th Land District of Marion County, Georgia, containing 3.172 acres, more or less and being known and designated as LOT 24, BROWN SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, as shown upon a map or plate of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book "B", Folio 148, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Marion County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the particular location and dimensions of said lot.
Said property is conveyed subject to all valid and enforceable easements and restrictions of record and to that certain 10 foot wide easement for utility and drainage purposes along all sides of the property herein conveyed which easement of 10 feet begins at the property line of the property herein conveyed and runs back 20 feet in width along parallel lines to each side of such property herein conveyed.
Which has the property address of 222 Young Rd Box Springs, GA 31801.
The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for then purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorneys fees.
Said property will be sold as the property of ANDRIA YOUNG subject to ad valorem taxes and/or assessments and other liens of record, if any.
