NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
GEORGIA, MARION COUNTY,
By virtue of Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from PEDRO J. QUNONES to LOWE-MOON FOREST PRODUCTS, INC dated March 31, 2014 recorded in Deed Book 214 Pages 632-635 of the records of Clerk of Superior Court, Marion County, Georgia. Said Security Deed being given to secure a note of even date in the original principal sum of THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($36,000.00) there will be sold by the undersigned before the courthouse door in Marion County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in January, 2017, the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 81 of the 4th Land District, Marion County, Georgia containing 9.997 acres and further identified as Parcel 4 and having such shape, size, metes, bounds, courses and distance as are shown upon a plat thereof entitled Lowe Moon Forest Products by Matthew S. Johnson G.R.L.S. No. 2868, dated October 3, 2013, and recorded in Plat Book M, Page 36 Clerks Office, Marion County Superior Court. Reference is hereby made to said plat and incorporated herein for the purpose of a more particular and accurate description of the property herein conveyed.
Said conveyance is subject to all rights of way, easements, and restrictions on record.
Which has the property address of 94 Firetower Rd., Buena Vista, GA 31803.
The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for then purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorneys fees.
Said property will be sold as the property of PEDRO J. QUNONES subject to ad valorem taxes and/or assessments and other liens of record, if any.
