STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM COUNTY OF RICHMOND Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, City of Augusta, on the East side of Holden Street upon which it fronts 60 feet and extends back between parallel lines 102.01 feet and having a rear width of 60 feet. For a more particular description of said property, reference is made to a deed from Austin L. Brown, Jr. et al. to Marion E. Leopard, dated February 10, 1967 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court in Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 33-Q, page 881-882 and plat attached thereto. Tax Map and Parcel No. 045-1-155-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of January, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1496 at page 1347.
