All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in land lot 347 of the 6th district of Gwinnett County, Georgia, being property known as 4723 FITZPATRICK WAY NE and parcel R6347 244 per records of Gwinnett County and plat maps of the County Tax Assessors Office, subject to restrictions on record with the Clerk of Superior Court, Gwinnett County, Georgia, and excluding rights of way and easements. The property is more particularly described in the Gwinnett County deed records at Deed Book 4122, Page 327.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after January 20, 2017.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 54088 at Page 799.
