NOTICE
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the property hereinafter described against All The World was filed on the 8th day of December, 2016, in the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, Mountain Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of an order for service by publication entered by said court on the 8th day of December, 2016, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said court within thirty (30) days from the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the court.
The property invoclved is described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 36 of the Second Land District of Rabun County, Georgia, and consisting of 0.10 acre and being more fully described as Lot 18A upon that certain plat of survey prepared by W. Jonathan Rolader, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 3231, dated November 29, 2016, which is recorded in the office of Rabun Superior Court in Plat Book 64, page 97. Reference is had and made to said plat and record of the same for a full and complete description of the property herein described. A copy of said plat is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
