NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: 1. JOSEPH DEMERY 2. INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE 3.ALL RESIDENTS/OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 4. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract of parcel of land lying and being in the 27th District, G.M., Glynn County, Georgia and containing 46 acres, more or less, and being designated as Tract 6 on that certain plat by David S. Page, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 793, dated November 20, 1961, and designated as "property of Wilson Tyson Estate" said plat being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Deed Book 14-B, Page 127. Excepting, however, that certain 10 acres in the northeast end of said tract and having frontage on the Buck Swamp Road to which Barbara Tyson retains title. The 10-acre tract retained by Barbara Tyson is more fully shown on a plat by Leonard A. Savage, Georgia Registered Surveyor NO 2074 dated March 8, 1978, a copy of which is annexed hereto for further description of the retained 10 acres. Reference is further made to a plat by the said Leonard A. Savage dated March 6, 1978, showing all of said Tract 6. Said property is also identified as being Map and Parcel # 0164 00 000 003. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 02-01909 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of January, 2017. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of January, 2014. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3270, Page 377. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2017.
