STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the 123rd G.M. District of Richmond County, Georgia, shown as Lot # 16 of Block C on a plat of New Belmont Subdivision, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 17-E, page 255. References are hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property Said property is conveyed subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record.
