NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/COUNTY OF RICHMOND TO: 1) Annie Bell Thompkins 2) Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Annie Bell Thompkins 3) Edith Benson 4) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as 1252 Miller Street, Augusta, GA 30901 (TAX PARCEL 046-4-260-00-0) TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the described property as 1252 Miller Street, Augusta, GA 3001 (Tax Parcel 046-4-260-00-0), as follows to wit: All and only that parcel of land, with improvement thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 046-4-260-00-0, lying in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 6, shown in Realty Book 23-A, page 188, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Years Support dated 5/6/75 recorded in Probate Court, and Deed Book 23-C, Page 565, known as 1252 Miller Street. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th day of December, 2016 .The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 14th day of September, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01501:1084.
