STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM COUNTY OF RICHMOND Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, in the 86th G.M.D., being known and designated as Lot G, as shown on a plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, on Reel 168, page 793, to which plat reference is hereby had for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, courses and bounds of said property. Tax Map and Parcel No. 213-0-059-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of January, 2017. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1501 at page 1088.
