All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 242nd District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, and containing 1.67 acres, more or less and being designated as Tract 2, of Hidden Oaks Subdivision, as shown on plat and survey Prepared by Venable & Associates, Inc. Registered surveyors Dated February 5, 1987 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, Plat Book 22, page 264. Said plat as recorded, is hereby referenced for a more detailed description of said property. Subject to Existing easements for public roads and utilities now in use. Subject to Restrictive Covenants filed in Deed Book 9-S, Pages 659-660. As described in Deed Book 11X, page 278. Further described as Map & Parcel 0055012H.
As well as ALL OTHER PARTIES OR ENTITIES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY ANY ADVERSE RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(f)(1)(C), this NOTICE of Service by Publication in the matter of James A. Jones, Petitioner v. Randall Alan Clapper, Logan-Laws Financial Corporation and Cornerstone Financial Corporation with the case number noted above. Service by publication is hereby made upon:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 242nd District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia and containing 1.67 acres, more or less and being designated as Tract 2, of Hidden Oaks Subdivision, as shown on that plat and survey prepared by Venable & Associates, Inc. Registered Surveyors, dated February 5, 1987 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, Plat Book 22, Page 264. Said plat, as recorded, is hereby referenced, for a more detailed description of said property. Subject to existing easements for public roads and utilities now in use. Subject to Restrictive Covenants filed in Deed Book 9-S, Pages 659-660.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with all singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in Fee Simple.
As described in Deed Book 11-X, Page 278. Further described as Map & Parcel 0055012H.
The Subject Property are the same Property described Tax Sale Deeds recorded at Deed Book 71G, Pages 315-316. Service by Publication is further being made upon all Other Parties or Entities, Known or Unknown, Who Have or Claim any adverse Right, Title, or Interest in the Subject Property (collectively, the “Respondentsâ€) as Respondents, Civil Action Number: 16-CV-1005-B , in an Action to Quiet Title currently pending before the Honorable Joseph H. Booth, in the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia. Said action was filed on October 27, 2016, and the Order granting Petitioner's Motion for Service by Publication was granted on October 28, 2016.
Consequently, the Respondents are hereby given NOTICE that they are commanded to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County and serve upon Petitioner an answer to said petition within 60 days from the date of the Order for Service by Publication.
