Notice of Sale Notice of Sale Under Power State of Georgia County of Jackson By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt dated 14th day of September,2012, from MAX ALLEN SMITH and ANGLE LYNN THOMPSON to JOHNNY J. JONES, recorded in Deed Book 0063N, Page 0212-0214, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a promissory note of even date, in the original principal sum of $43,500.00, and last transferred and assigned to JOHNNY J. JONES REALTY, INC. recorded in Deed Book 0071A, Page 0055-0056, interest from date as stated therein; the holder thereof will offer the property described below for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at JACKSON COUNTY, GEORGIA within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in DECEMBER,2016 The property is described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 253rd G.M.D. Jackson County, Georgia, and containing 0.78 acres, more or less, being designated as a portion of Tract 1-C, as shown on plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Plat Book 13, Page 36. Said plat, and the more detailed description of the subject property contained therein being incorporated herein by reference thereto. Grantor quitclaims all his interest in all of the improvements and a double-wide home. The serial no. for this mobile home is GMHGA6380202609AB. LESS & EXCEPT: 0.106 acres, more or less described in Deed Book 30P, Page 712. This conveyance is made subject to any easements and restrictions of record, if any. The property has the physical address of 18 Old Kingsbridge Rd This is the same property that was bought by Johnny J. Jones at a Tax Sale on November 3,2009. The Sheriff's Tax Deed is recorded in Deed Book 56T, page 0020-0021 in the Jackson County records. The debt secured by said Deed to secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non‑payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
