CLASS:0970 GB12-56958 Davis 1031-77334A NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, HARALSON COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Sheri Lyn Davis and David R. Davis to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. dated 9/14/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 880 Page 494 Haralson County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 86,088.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Haralson County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on January 03, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 251, 7th District, 5th Section, a portion which lies in Carroll County and the remainder of which lies in Haralson County Georgia, as being shown and delineated on a plat entitled “Boundary Survey for South Paulding Properties”, dated August 19, 2005, prepared by Tibbitts Land Surveying, Inc., certified by Randy L. Tibbitts, GA RLS #2137, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 274, Carroll County and Plat Book 39, Page 104, Haralson County, Georgia, Public Real Estate Records. Said plat and the record thereof are each by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more complete and accurate description of said property.
