NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: 1. JOSEPH DEMERY 2. GLYNN COUNTY TAX COMMISSIONER 3. STATE OF GEORGIA 4. INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE 5. ALL RESIDENTS/ OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 6. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 27th G.M. District, Glynn County, Georgia, and further described as consisting of 2.61 acres and being a portion of that property described in a deed of record in Deed Book 21-J, Page 663, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Said property is also identified as being Map and Parcel # 0148 00 000 094 and is located at 531 Old Brookman Road, Brunswick, Georgia. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 02-01709 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of December, 2016. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of January, 2014. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3270, Page 386. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on December 30, 2016.
