Said Plat of Survey is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes and bounds description. Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax Deed, dated 09/03/2013, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of Gilmer County, Georgia, to PFS Group, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book 1832, Page 403, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
