Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-45, please TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property to-wit:
Lot 184 Beaver Lake Estates
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 174, 11th
District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, being designated as
Lot 184 of Beaver Lake Estates, Phase Two, Unit III, as shown on the
Plat of Survey prepared by Burns L. Jeffries, Georgia Registered
Land Surveyor No. , for Beaver Lake Estates, as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 94, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Said Plat of
Survey is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes
and bounds description.
Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriffs Tax
Deed, dated 09/03/2013, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of
Gilmer County, Georgia, to PFS Group, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book
1832, Page 420, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
Lot 185 Beaver Lake Estates
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 174, 11th
District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, being designated as
Lot 185 of Beaver Lake Estates, Phase Two, Unit III, as shown on the
Plat of Survey prepared by Burns L. Jeffries, Georgia Registered
Land Surveyor No. , for Beaver Lake Estates, as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 94, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Said Plat of
Survey is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes
and bounds description.
Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax
Deed, dated 09/03/2013, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of
Gilmer County, Georgia, to PFS Group, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book
1832, Page 418, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
Tax Parcel ID No. 3068K 005A (Lot 184), 3068K 005 (Lot 185)
will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th
day of January, 2017.
The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated 09/03/2013,
and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1832, Page 420 (Lot 184) and
Deed Book 1832, page 418 (Lot 185).
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of January,
2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address:
