Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3011 D 060,
lying and being in Land Lot 12, of the 24th Land District, 2nd
Section, Gilmer County, Georgia; containing 0.84 acres, more or
less, being Lot 60, of Carters Lake Estate, as shown in Plat Book
19, Page 47, Gilmer County Superior Court Records, which plat is
incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this
description, this being the same parcel conveyed to Laurance F.
Delbridge, II, c/o Primsouth Mortgage, Ste. 410, 3207 S. Cherokee
Lane, Woodstock, GA 30188, will expire and be forever foreclosed and
barred on and after June 21, 2016.
