Notice of Right To Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale for Lots 84 and 85,
Carters Lake Estates Subdivision, Gilmer County, Georgia

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-45, please TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property to-wit:
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 12, 24th
District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, consisting of the
following:
Lot 84 of Carters Lake Estates, containing 0.79 acre
Lot 85, of Carters Lake Estates, containing 0.79 acre
both as shown on the Plat of Survey prepared by Jerry D. Lambert, Georgia
Registered Land Surveyor No. 2147, and Carl F. Freeman, Jr., Georgia
Registered Land Surveyor No. 1619, for Carters Lake Estates, dated
11/20/1989, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 47, Gilmer County,
Georgia Records. Said Plat of Survey is incorporated herein by
reference for a more complete metes and bounds description.
Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax
Deed, dated 09/03/2013, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of
Gilmer County, Georgia, to PFS Group, LLC, as follows:
(1) that certain Deed recorded in Deed Book 1832, Page 457, Gilmer County,
Georgia Records;
Said Tax Deed having been subsequently conveyed to HFTD, LLC, in Deed
Book 1978, Page 255, Gilmer County, Georgia Records;
(2) that certain Deed recorded in Deed Book 1832, Page 443, Gilmer County,
Georgia Records;
Said Tax Deed having been subsequently conveyed to HFTD, LLC, in Deed
Book 1978, Page 255, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
Tax Parcel ID No. 03 011D 84 (Lot 84), 03 011D 85 (Lot 85)
will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 27th
day of December, 2016.
The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated 09/03/2013,
and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1832, Page 457 (Lot 84) and Deed
Book 1832, page 443 (Lot 85).
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 27th day of
December, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and
provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:

To whom it may concern and all other interested parties:
Rhonda Lynn Ray Chastain has petitioned to be appointed administrator of the estate
of Charles Leon Ray, deceased of said county. (The Petitioner has
also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers
contained in O.C.G.A. 53-12-261.) All interested parties are hereby
notified to show cause why said petition should not be granted. All
objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the
grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with the court on
or before January 2, 2017.
All pleadings/objections must be signed before a notary public or before
a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your
pleadings/objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent
party. Contact probate court personnel at the following
address/telephone number for the required amount of filing fees. If
any objections are filed, a hearing will be scheduled at a later
date. If no objections are filed, the petition may be granted without
a hearing.
