NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale, Tract #63 Harris Creek Property, Gilmer County Georgia. The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 24th District, 2nd Section, Land Lot 16 and 25th District, 2nd Section, Land Lot 306, Gilmer County, Georgia, being described as the middle parcel of Tract #63, 1.0 acre, more or less, of the Harris Creek Property, dated October 20, 1984 and prepared by Associated Surveyors, Gilbert O. Maulsby, Jr., GRLS No. 1555, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 187, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate legal description and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING: at the Northwest Corner of Tract #63 starting point being 200 feet South at an iron pin on the right-of-way of state highway #382. Being Carl Barrett's Southwest corner; thence continuing South 230 feet along said right-of-way to an iron pin; thence southeasterly 170 feet to an iron pin on Old Round Top Road; thence Northwesterly along Carl Barrett's line 280 feet to an iron pin and the beginning point. Being Carl Barrett's Southwest corner of his acre tract. As described in Deed Book 181, Page 499. Further Described as Map Parcel No. 3041D063 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of December, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of November, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1894, Page 322; the subject property then being conveyed to James Stover by Tax Sale Deed dated November 4, 2014 and recorded in Deed Book 1894, Page 320-21, aforesaid records.
