NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Land Lots 95, 96
& 121 of the 11th District and 2nd Section of Gilmer County,
Georgia, containing 1.05 acres, more or less, being Lot 113, The
Bluffs of Cartecay, shown in Plat Book 39, page 89-100, the
description contained therein being incorporated herein by reference
thereto.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 6th day
of January, 2017.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of
October, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1951 at page
18 as corrected by Corrective Tax Deed dated October 6, 2015 and
recorded in Deed Book 2006, page 56, Gilmer County, Georgia records.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 6th day of January,
2017, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address:
