(herein the “propertyâ€) Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after December 30, 2016. The tax deeds to which this notice relate are: (1) Tax Deed from J.T. Ferrell as Tax Commissioner and Ex-Officio Sheriff Coweta County, Georgia, to Timothy J. Davis and Cheryl L. Moore, dated November 4, 2014, and is recorded on November 18, 2015 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia in Deed Book 4152 at Page 77; and (2) Tax Deed from Douglas L. Meadows, Chief of Police, City of Newnan, Georgia and City of Newnan, Georgia, dated March 3 2015, and recorded on March 4, 2015 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia in Deed Book 4186 at Page 713, transferred by Quit-Claim Deed of Redemption to Renaissance Associates, LLC, in which said redemption money was paid by Timothy J. Davis and Cherly L. Moore, as evidenced by said deed recorded in Deed Book 4256, Page 235, dated August 7, 2015, recorded on August 10, 2015.
