NOTICE
Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 119, 3rd Land District, City of Fitzgerald, Ben Hill, Georgia, and being all of City Lot 7 in Cherokee Homes Subdivision, as shown by revised plat of Cherokee Homes and Cherokee Addition recorded August 27, 1968, in Plat Book 5, Page 102, in the Office of the Clerk of The Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, and to which plat reference is hereby made; said property hereby
conveyed having a frontage of 100 feet on Martha Street
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 19th day of November, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 882 at page 139.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 28th day of December, 2016, by payment of $4,291.76 (Four Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-One and 76/100 dollars) the redemption price, as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
