NOTICE TO FORECLOSE
RIGHT TO REDEEM
Take notice that: PROPERTY OF CHRISTINA M. LOVETT AND EDWARD HEHRE
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in The City of Fitzgerald, formerly Irwin, now Ben Hill County, Georgia being all of City Lots 4 and 5, Square 10, Block 9, as shown by the plat of said City made by or for the American Tribune Soldiers Colony Company of file in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Irwin County, Georgia. Map and
Parcel: B9 S10 L4+ will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of November, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of October, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 882, Page 149.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 28th day of November, 2016, and extended to the 19th day of December, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
