NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM Take notice that: PROPERTY OF CELESTINE BILLUPS ESTATE The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Fitzgerald, formerly of Irwin, now Ben Hill County, Georgia, being the north 44.4 feet of City Lots 15 and 16, Square 4, Block 16, as shown by the plat of said City made by or for the American Tribune Soldiers Colony Company of file in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Irwin County, Georgia. Map and Parcel: B16 S4 L15+ P2 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of October, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 882, Page 151.
