Notice of Sale Under Power GEORGIA, COLQUITT COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Security Deed from Jonathan Carroll and Amanda Brown to R&S Williams Properties, LLC. dated August 28, 2015, recorded September 1, 2015 in Deed Book 1245, Page 0328 et seq., Colquitt County Records, said Security Deed being given to secure a Note dated April 15, 2015 in the original principal amount of $45,000.00, with interest from date at the rate provided in the note on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in Moultrie, Colquitt County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2016, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 48 in the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, and being Lots 9 and 10 of the Pine Summit Subdivision, as shown on a plat of said subdivision, prepared by Hurley J. Griffin, Georgia Registered Surveyor, of date of November 6, 1998 and recorded on October 27, 1999 in Plat Book 34, Page 2, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia. LESS & EXCEPT: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 48 in the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, being 6.11 feet by 6.11 feet, as shown on a plat of said subdivision, prepared by Southland Surveying Company, of date of July 17, 2000 and recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 142, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia. This conveyance is subject to all easements and restrictions of record. ALSO: 1989 Hawthorn Harbor Spring manufactured home, Vehicle ID #02L26001X and 02L26001U. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of non-payment on said loan.
