Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of GWINNETT. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by BETTY W MASK to WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL GEORGIA, INC. , dated 01/04/2005, and Recorded on 02/02/2005 as Book No. 41514 and Page No. 0062, GWINNETT County, Georgia records, as last assigned to U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $133,742.82, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the GWINNETT County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND 176, 5TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF HARRIS DRIVE 1,526.9 FEET EAST OF THE CORNER FORMED BY THE INTERSECTIONS OF THE EAST SIDE OF GEORGIA HIGHWAY NO. 20 WITH THE SOUTH SIDE OF HARRIS DIRVE, RUNNING THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION 188 FEET TO A POINT, RUNNING THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 173 FEET TO A POINT; RUNNING THENCE NORTHERLY 178 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HARRIS DRIVE; RUNNING THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF HARRIS DRIVE 173 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING IMPROVED PROPERTY KNOWN AS 245 HARRIS DRIVE. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
