NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: 1. JOSEPH DEMERY 2. JOHNNY LEE OWENS 3. GLYNN COUNTY TAX COMMISSIONER 4. STATE OF GEORGIA 5. INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE 6. ALL RESIDENTS/ OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 7. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 27th G.M.D. of Glynn County, Georgia and containing 8.08 acres, more or less. Said property is more particularly described in that deed dated March 8, 1985 of record in Deed Book 25-X, Page 807, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Said property is also identified as being Map and Parcel # 0148 00 000 014 and is located on Old Brookman Road, Brunswick, Georgia. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 02-01637 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of December, 2016. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of January, 2014. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3270, Page 385. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on December 30, 2016.
