NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
11.52 acres, Land Lot 83, 6th Land District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County,
Georgia
Map No. 3137 006C
To: Charise W. Klardie, 935 Steeple Chase Road, Alpharetta, GA, 30004,
and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real
property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3137 006C,
lying and being in Land Lot 83 of the 6th Land District, 2nd
Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 11.52 acres, more or
less, being a portion of the property shown in Plat Book 27, Page
15, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by
this reference, being Tract Two, described in Deed Book 894, Page
97, located on Pole Coffee Circle.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day
of December, 2016.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated October 6, 2015,
and recorded in Deed Book 1951, page 23, Office of Clerk of Superior
Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of December,
2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue,
Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
