Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale. Lot 207 Beaver Lake
Estates Gilmer County Georgia.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as tax parcel 3068J 017,
lying in Land Lot 174 of the 11th Land District, Second Section,
Gilmer County, Georgia, being lot 207, Beaver Lake Estates, Phase 2,
unit 2, shown in Plat Book 8, Page 91, the description contained
therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in
Deed Book 1378, Page 489, located on Glen Hollow Court.
Will expire forever and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the
19th day of November, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated 9/23/2015, and is
recorded in the Office of Clerk of Superior Court, of Gilmer County
Georgia in deed Book 1378, Page 489.
The property may be redeemed at anytime before the 19th day
of November, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and
provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
