NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt from Suzanne M. Stringfield to Askin Enterprises, Ltd. Co., A Georgia Corporation, dated January 4, 2016, recorded in Deed Book 1521, Pages 283-286, Richmond County, Georgia records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a note dated January 4, 2016, in the original principal sum of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Five and 00/100 ($12,795.00) Dollars with interest from date at the rate stated in said note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Richmond County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2016, the property described in said Deed to Secure Debt, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in Richmond County, Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot 9, Block B, Askin Acres Subdivision, as shown on a plat thereof prepared by George L. Godman & Associates, Reg. Land Surveyor, which plat is of record in the Office of the Superior Court Clerk for Richmond County, Georgia in Plat Reel 623, Pages 2381-2384; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description of said property. Said property is commonly known as 1027 McNutt Way, Augusta, Georgia 30906. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, the non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including legal fees. This sale will be held subject to all unpaid taxes, assessments, and restrictions of record, if any, transfer tax and all state and county taxes. Said property will be sold as the property of Suzanne M. Stringfield, the property to the best information, knowledge, and belief of the undersigned, being presently in the possession of, Suzanne M. Stringfield, and the proceeds of said sale will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness and all the expenses of said sale, including attorney's fees, all as provided in said deed, and the balance, if any, will be distributed as provided by law.
