TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 094-0-270-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 10, Block H, McDuffie Woods Subdivision, Section 2-B, shown in Realty Reel 30, page 2456, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 351, page 1089, and in Deed Book 46, page 1 known as 3706 Massoit Drive. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 6th day of December, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01506, at page 65.
