Being further identified as: 119 Vanderbilt Circle, Augusta, GA 30904; Tax Parcel Identification No. 057-4-207-00-0 according to the records of the Tax Commissioner and Tax Assessor of Richmond County, GA, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five o'clock (5 p.m.) on and after November 28, 2016 The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 4, 2013 recorded December 13, 2013 in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1423, Page 60.
