STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 059-1-568-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.09 acres more or less, described in Deed Book 278, page 1891, the description contained thereon being incorporated herein by this reference. Said property is commonly known as 1117 Maxwell Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th day of December, 2016.
