NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Marie Edwards, estate in REM, Lillie Mae Edwards, Clifford James Edwards, their heirs and assigns and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein: RCB Capital LLC hereby gives Notice that it intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as: All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 046-4-535-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 19, Block 81, Ward 4, and 7.2 foot by 120.9 foot strip between Lots 19 & 20, shown in Realty Book 18-G, Page 46, the descriptions contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 346, Page 351, known as 1110 CS Hamilton Way. The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1459, Page 489.
