NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Mary K Elps, Estate in REM, Drue Willie Stokes, as administrator and individually, their heirs and assigns and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein: Ivan Raymond Cupid hereby gives Notice that he intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as: All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 034-1-057-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 16, Block B, containing 0.11 acres, more or less, shown in Realty Book 7-0, Page 391, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Realty Reel 491, Page 1350, known as 512 Second Avenue. The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1455 Page 165.
