Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by CHARLES A MURPHY AND PATRICIA MURPHY to WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION , dated 07/07/2006, and Recorded on 08/21/2006 as Book No. 1072 and Page No. 2135, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.
