LEGAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by John M. Campbell on behalf of Jane C. Alford for a rezoning (RZ-16-05) from BGC (Business General Central) to RS-150 (Residential Single Family) for the property described by the attached legal description. Legal Description 288 North Clayton Street All that parcel of land lying and being in the City of Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia fronting on the East side of North Clayton Street 111.5 feet and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin corner at the intersection of North Clayton Street and Oak Street running South along the East side of North Clayton Street 111.5 feet to an iron pin, at the lands of Sam P. Allison; thence running in an easterly direction along the lands of said Allison 143.00 feet to an iron pin corner, at an alley; thence in a northerly direction along the West side of said alley 109.00 feet to an iron pin on the South side of Oak Street; thence in a westerly direction along the South side of Oak Street 147.00 feet to the BEGINNING point. This tract of land is bounded on the North by Oak Street; on the East by an alley between this lot and the lands of Guy Shields; on the South by the lands of Sam P. Allison, on the West by North Clayton Street. This is the same property conveyed by Waranty Deed dated Feburary 26, 1941 that is recorded in Deed Book 65, Page 410 of the Gwinnett County Deed Records.
